Shameka White is a Supervisee In Social Work and a doctoral student at Regent University. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University. Shameka has over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed care to survivors of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and Sexual Assault. Shameka utilizes evidence-based interventions and specializes in assisting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic kidney disease, trauma, grief, single parenting, dysfunctional relationships, and caregiving. She also provides pre-marital counseling through the Prepare/Enrich curriculum. Shameka has a unique talent for establishing solid relationships with her clients to promote positive change and empowerment. She enjoys traveling, relaxing, and spending time with friends/family during her free time.
